On The Radio

So why did we do a radio show? Quite simple people love good information, but I was truly afraid of what it would sound like to be on the radio. Our first real stint I decided to sponsor a show instead so I could learn a bit about radio. Uncle "Frank Derak" the "Duke of Disco" on the Saturday night all request hour in the 70's showed me the ropes of radio on our show "WICCs ISSUES". It was a great learning experience about radio broadcasting. However, as every local talk radio show politics, weather, and reminiscing became the same old routine. Sponsoring the radio show was not meeting our expectations to get out the word on Penfield Service Center.

After a lot of work we now have the "Penfield Auto Pro Hour". Talk about nervous! Well I guess we did ok because the response to the show has been overwhelming. Customers are coming in to meet us, lots of callers on the show, and a good feeling for me that I am helping someone with their car problems. We like to joke around and have fun on the air! When it becomes work, I will throw in the towel! But listen in to us as we fix cars with people problems!
